Enable drag and drop
Windows 11 doesn’t support taskbar drag and drop, and the feature won’t appear in subsequent builds until at least the second half of 2022, according to reputable sources.
Thankfully, an independent developer has created a new open source application that allows you to quickly re-enable drag and drop on Windows 11.
To get started, simply download and run the app from Github.
To exit this program, click the Mona Lisa Megan Fox icon and select βQuitβ¦β from the menu. Or just disable Windows11DragAndDropToTaskbarFix.exe using Task Manager.
ThisisWindows11
Windows 11 is basically Windows 10 with a new design, so it also comes with the same bloatware problem. Bloatware can be pre-installed applications by OEMs and Microsoft.
Like Windows 10, Windows 11 also allows users to manually delete apps from Settings or Control Panel. But if you want to quickly remove all bloatware from your system, you can try a new open source application called ThisIsWin11. Basically, this application allows you to customize advanced and basic features of the operating system as well as disable Windows 11 features such as Microsoft Teams integration on the taskbar.
The application currently has the following features:
- Basic Settings: It allows you to quickly configure basic Windows 11 settings.
- PumpedApp: You can test and optimize Windows 11 by making changes to PowerThrottling.
- Bloatware: This feature will allow you to remove pre-installed apps.
- Quickly install apps using packages.
- PowerClicks: Allows you to automate Windows tasks using PowerShell scripts.
You can also use this app to automate tasks or run PowerShell scripts. Also, you can use it to install, uninstall or reinstall apps. You can even enable peak performance mode, which requires changes to the Windows Registry.
This tool is available on Github.

Start11 was released recently to help users customize the look of the Start Menu and even restore the classic look. Start11 is compatible with Windows 11 and Windows 10, and it can be used to restore the look and feel from previous versions of the operating system.
With Start11, you can even create a Start Menu like Windows 11 on Windows 10. Also, Start11 comes with a number of features to customize Windows 11. For example, you can use it to move the Start button and Customize the appearance of the Start Menu.
The application currently has the following features:
- Bring the Start Menu back to the left side of the screen.
- Dark mode available
- You can choose a style and theme for your Start Menu. For example, you can return to the familiar Windows 7 Start Menu style.
