On May 4, 2018, the Indian Times newspaper reported that WhatsApp users had received messages asking them to “tap” the Black circle emoji (⚫). When the sms recipient clicks on the icon, their phone’s messaging app crashes.
The black circle is not the cause of the problem causing the phone to hang. When the message is converted to HTML, it contains many hidden mentions of the “&rlm:” character, the code for right-to-left text formatting.

Take the first message sample to send, then the second message sample. Sending time will be a bit long. The person who receives the message will have the phone suspended.
How to fix the error that sending messages causes the phone to hang
Once the iPhone receives the message, the Messages app becomes unresponsive. The only way to fix the problem is that you have to “Force Touch” on the Messages app. Select “New Message” and return to the message list screen from the screen “New Message” By choosing “Cancel”. So, “Black dot” of the message will be deleted.
