The plot revolves around the main character, Wei Shen, an undercover cop who returns to Hong Kong from the US with the mission to destroy gangsters. Hong Kong gangs have robbed Shen’s sister and he is willing to give anything to get rid of them. The story begins when Shen is thrown into prison for drug trafficking, and meets his friend who has suffered since childhood, Jackie. Shen asks Jackie to find him a temporary job and Jackie introduces him to Hong Kong’s most notorious gang.
