However, there is one point to note: to send an invitation, you need iCloud+ fee. How to send events invitations with Apple Invites
Step 1: Download Apple Invites app available on the App Store HERE.
Note:
- Request the device to run iOS 18 and above.
- You need an iCloud+ account to send an invitation.
Step 2: To start, you just need to open the application and click the “+“In the upper right corner. Then you can:
- Select the wallpaper: From Apple's existing wallpaper or use photos from your library.
- More event information: Including titles, dates, places, locations and descriptions (maximum of 1,000 characters).
- Custom: Add the name of the organizer, create a photo album or a list of music players on Apple Music to share with guests.
Once completed, you can create a sharing link and send it to the guests. If you need to update information (for example: change the location or notice all the food), you can use the “button”Send a note”(Send notes) for quick notification.

1. Human event
If you regularly organize repetitive events (such as the weekly meeting), the events of the event will be extremely helpful. Just click on the existing event, then choose Duplicate (Cloned) from the three dots menu in the upper right corner.
