Taking advantage of that problem, many bad actors have used Weebly to create phishing websites to trick users into logging in to receive rewards or vote for their loved ones.

Currently, most of the subjects, after Hacking someone else’s account, will use the hacked account to trick the victim’s friends, who have no knowledge easily click on the link and follow the client’s request. bad image, then lost account, lost bank money.
Weebly Scam Site Identifications
You need to have knowledge to recognize what is a scam website, which is a real website, Hieu PC also has an article recognize phishing site. Particularly for Weebly, you see your friends or anyone sending you a link like this:
https://xxxxxx.weebly.com (xxxxxx can be any content) if the content requires an account login, 99% sure is Phishing.
Eg you see in the picture below is https://gionghatviet2021.weebly.com
As you know Vietnamese Voice never uses weebly’s domain name and they also do not have an Online voting form, but voting forces others to provide account and password information. It’s too absurd, isn’t it?
How to Report a Phishing Site on Weebly
Hieu PC Just had a guide for you to report to Weebly sites that take advantage of the website creation policy to scam. The best way is to report it to them to take it down, and usually they take it down very quickly, within 48 hours.
Step 1: Access: https://weebly.com/spam
Step 2: In the box: “Please submit the full link to all abusive sites in the box below, separated by a new line.” – Fill in the scam website weebly.com, for example this scam page: https://gionghatviet2021.weebly.com
Step 3: In the box: “Please describe the nature of the abusive activity.”
Copy the following content:
To whom it may concern,During an investigation, I found these scamming/phishing URL(s) above which are used by a malicious actor to phish so many Vietnamese people, the main purpose is to steal Facebook accounts and banking accounts.Please help to remove these malicious websites immediately.Thank you.
Step 4: In the box: “Please enter your email address. We’ll only use it to contact you if we need additional information about this report.” Fill in your email address. And click the “Submit” button.
