Replace appraiserres.dll . file
For computers that do not support UEFI, only support “Legacy BIOS”, you can fix the PC can’t run Windows 11 error with the instructions below:
After downloading Windows 11, use Winrar to extract the Windows 11 ISO file.
Next you need to download the file appraiserres.dll to replace the existing file in Windows 11.
After downloading, copy the file appraiserres.dll go to folder Source of Windows 11 has just finished decompressing.
