First you come in Account -> Privacy Settings you will see 4 items in bold:

Connecting on Facebook
You press View Settings beside. Then choose the following one by one:
Search for you on Facebook select Friend Onlythis option will allow only your friends to be able to find you on Facebook.
Send you friend requests select Friend of Friends or Everyone if you want strangers to be friends with you, but I recommend you to Friend of Friends.
Send you messages select Friend onlythis option will prevent strangers from sending annoying messages to you.
See your friend list select Only methis option will prevent anyone from being able to see your friends list, other than you of course.
See your education and work select Only methis option will prevent anyone from being able to see your school or work information.
See your current city and hometown select Only methis option will prevent anyone from being able to see information about your current whereabouts or hometown.
See your likes, activities and other connections select Only methis option will prevent anyone from being able to see your list of favorites, activities, and other connections.
That’s pretty good, you click Back to Privacy to go back. Facebook has saved your settings on its own.
Sharing on Facebook
In this section, you choose Customize Settingsand then install the following:
Things I share:
Posts by me: Choose Friend only or Only me if you want to restrict others from seeing what you share like statuses or photos. I encourage you to choose Only me if you want the highest level of security, or Friend only if you want to share only with your friends.
Family: Select Only me, this option will prevent others from knowing information about your family members.
Relationships: Select Only me, this option will not let anyone see information about your relationship.
Interested in: Select Only me, this option will not tell anyone about the things you are interested in.
Bio and favorite quotations: Select Only me, this option will not tell anyone about your hobbies or favorite sayings.
Website: Select Only me, this option will not tell anyone about your website.
Religious and political views: Select Only me, this option will not tell anyone about your religion or political ideology.
Birthday: Select Only me, this option will not tell anyone about your date of birth.
Places you check in to: Select Only me, this option will prevent anyone from knowing where you are logged in.
Include me in “People Here Now” after I check in: Uncheck Enable.
You should also set privacy preferences for your Albums and Videos at “Edit privacy settings for existing photo albums and videos.”set options Only me for all if you want the highest level of security, or choose which Albums or Videos to share, need security.
Things others share:
Photos and videos you’re tagged in: Select Edit settings -> Select Only me, this option will not allow others to see the photos or videos you are tagged in.
Permission to comment on your posts: Select Friend Only, this option will allow only your friends to be able to comment on things you post on Facebook such as status, photo, video, etc.
Suggest photos of me to friends: Select Edit Settings -> Disable
Friend can post on my Wall: If you don’t want your friends to post on your wall, it’s better to uncheck Enable.
Can see Wall posts by friends: If your Friend can post on my Wall item is Enabled, this option will be activated, you choose Only me if you don’t want one of your friends to see what your other friends have posted. your wall.
Friends can check me in to Places: Select Edit Settings -> Disabled, this option will prevent your friends from “tag” you in a certain place, quite dangerous isn’t it, yes it’s better to Disabled.
Contact information:
All select Only me, this option will prevent anyone from being able to see your contact information.
Apps and Websites
In this section you can install the following:
Apps you use: Select Remove unwanted or spammy apps if you want to remove certain apps that are allowed access to your Facebook profile, or simply Turn off all platform apps to disallow any apps from accessing your Facebook profile. to your Facebook profile. You should also visit the Edit Settings section next to more detailed settings of the access rights of your applications. Info accessible through your friends: This option will allow the application through your friends to collect information about you, click Edit Settings and uncheck all.
Games and Apps Activity: select Only me to prevent anyone from seeing your recent Games and Apps related activities.
Instant personalization: Select Edit Settings -> Uncheck Enable Instant personalization, this option will not allow Facebook to collect information about what you are interested in through certain applications.
Public Search: Edit Settings -> Uncheck Enable Public Search, this option does not allow others to find you on search engines.
Block Lists
When you block someone on Facebook, that person will no longer be able to make friends, be in your friends list, or interact with you anymore. Then how to block someone? It’s very simple, you click Edit your lists below the Block Lists section. Then you can customize your block list as instructed below:
Block users: You can block the person you want to block with their name or email, then click Block to block.
Block apps invites from: You can block invitations, requests to use the application from a certain friend here, just enter the name of that friend.
Block event invites: You can block invitations to events on Facebook from your friends here, just enter the name of the person you want to block.
