Step 3 : Fill in the full name as recorded on the account – Set up 1 identity card similar to the information of the locked account. Includes: Full Name, Date of Birth, Place of Residence.
– Additional information to fill in:
My account was hacked and converted to a business accidentally. Please change it back to a personal profile
Step 4 : Send & wait for Facebook Support to return mail.
– After receiving the email from Facebook about you, reply as follows:
Hello facebook team: This is my id card. I hope that will be soon confirmed his account with the following information Full name : ........ Date of birth : ....... Thanks facebook team !
