What is Visual Scripting in Game Engines? No need to learn programming but still programming games? Write a game that will automate based on the diagram you design. The rest let Godot handle.

First we have to know what Visual scripting is:
Visual Scripting is a Visual Programming Language that allows users to program with drawings instead of writing lines of code.
So instead of writing code to create a game we can use Visual Scripting to make games without coding.
What do we need to program games with Visual Scripting?
First of all, almost every game engine has support for Visual Scripting: in Godot is VisualScript, in Unity we will use a tool that can be PlayerMaker…., in Unreal Engine 4 will be Blueprint.
So the big engines already have support, now all you have to do is learn how to use it.

So “No need to learn programming, but you can still program games?”
The answer to this is: OK
If you don’t know, the game: The First Tree was created in Unity with Visual Scripting

And its creator is a film maker, now he is a full indie game developer. This game has a revenue of more than $ 150,000 after only 1 year of uploading to steam.
Thereby it can be seen that with only Visual Scripting you can make a complete game without code with the easiest way.
Who should program with Visual Scripting?
- In my opinion, if you want to learn graphic design, if you want to program games but don’t know how to code, this is a great choice.
- But whoever learns architecture, programming with visual is very easy, as evidenced by my brother’s new understanding :v.
- Or more simply, but students who do not want to learn to code can use it to program.
- Or a certain group uses visuals to do projects or something without having to program.
- For those who have no programming experience
So this is the end of it, and later there will be tutorials on Visual Scripting on Godot.
