Instructions for Downloading Videos on Edumall to Your Computer for Offline Viewing

Downloading videos on Edumall cannot be done with IDM for security reasons. Fortunately, author NguyenKhong has continuously updated the tool to help you download Edumall courses to your computer easily. Currently, Edumall is offering many free courses so that you can stay at home because of the covid-19 epidemic to supplement your knowledge. If the Internet is quite slow, you can download the course videos on Edumall to your computer and then save them to study slowly with the Edumall Download Tool.

Currently, the Tool is shared by Mr. NguyenKhong on Github. You can download the exe file to run on Windows or .py to run on Linux. I have tested the tool on Windows and it works quite effectively. The Download Edumall Tool can download 5 threads, helping to speed up the download. The Update feature of the Tool includes:

Download Edumall course videos and attachments currently in your account, including Free courses
Download missing lectures in a particular course.

First, make sure your account has a course. Edumall is currently Free 61 courses on the occasion of having to stay home because of Corona Virus. You just need to Select course want to download, then press Start learning that course will be in your account.

How to use the Tool as follows:

Step 2: Select first then press Enter and Log in to the Edumall account that you have the course you want to download.

Step 3: The tool will list the courses and accounts you have. Now you just need to select the course you want to download to your computer.

In particular, you can choose many courses at once on Edumall to download by selecting as follows:

Default is download all
Select any courses you want to download. For example: 1,3,6,7
Select the courses you want to download in order. For example: 1-5

For example in the picture I will download courses 59-61 (3 courses)

Step 4: Select the number of Download threads. If your computer has a strong configuration and high Internet speed, just choose the default of 5 or more and then press Enter.

Now you just hang up the computer and leave it there. If you have VPS, the download speed will be faster.

After downloading the lectures, go to the folders DOWNLOAD/Course Name/Complete/ to get course videos and attachments.

If the video is still missing after downloading, open the file. DownloadEdumall.loghas the following text WARNING: [hlsnativethread] download key decrypt failed Make sure the video of that lecture can be viewed on the browser before downloading. (Because the developer is a bit lazy, it takes a long time to check, please understand.)

Download missing lectures of the course

If during the download process, a lesson is missing, or you want to download only a certain lesson, the number function 2. Open the tool and select the number. 2 and press Enter.
