WordPress is capable of creating any website theme, from a simple blog to a fully featured business website. You can even use WordPress to create an online store (using the WooCommerce plugin).

Free WordPress?
Exactly, free open source WordPress. The repository provides Plugins and Themes on WordPress for free as well. But if you want to use more advanced features, you need to buy a license for those features. If you know programming, you can write your own features. You can host your website anywhere. Or move your website to another hosting service anytime you want.
There are 2 ways to use WordPress
You need to be oriented about using WordPress before you start creating a Website. There are 2 different ways to create a Website with WordPress:
WordPress.com
WordPress.com is the hosted version. Which means your website runs on WordPress servers. You can access WordPres.com to create your own Website with just a few clicks. No need to buy hosting or domain.
There are a few limitations to WordPress.com. You will not have access to existing themes. And you cannot use WordPress plugins. There is also a small fee if you want to use your own domain name.
WordPress.org
WordPress.org is the self-hosted version. That is, you will download the WordPress source code yourself, then upload it to your hosting and configure it to your liking. When you use this version, you have full control over the functional design of the website.
Where is the WordPress support community?
In Vietnam you can join Group WordPress Vietnam, WordPress Vietnam Team… the members here are all experienced and answered quite enthusiastically.
Thanks to its large open source community, there are plenty of forums for WordPress support when you need it. Chief WordPress.org forum and WordPress.com forum All have experts to help you for free.

Otto on WordPress: If you have been working with WordPress for many years and have a lot of experience with programming in general, even with other languages, then this is a great place to visit.
WPLift: Like most of the other sites on this list, WPLift is dedicated to providing helpful tutorials, tips and tutorials when working with WordPress.
Hongkiat: This site is dedicated to teaching designers, bloggers and developers of various topics. One of those themes is WordPress. There are tutorials and guides on everything, including how to install the platform, plugins, and more.
