Currently, AnonyViet also has 16Gb of leaked Facebook data containing 533 million user data. However, this data is not very important, because there is no data for Vietnamese people. The leaked information is mainly public information of users on Facebook, the most valuable data is the phone numbers of the accounts.

According to publications, in this 533 million data, there is also Mark Zuckerberg’s phone number, but I searched and filtered out, Mark’s information only has the following content:
Mark:Zuckerberg:male:Palo Alto, California:Dobbs Ferry, New York:Married:Chan Zuckerberg Initiative:1/10/2019 12:00:00 AM::05/14/1984
It is not clear from which source the journalists or groups that posted information including Mark Zuckerberg’s phone number came from.
This dataset of 533 million users was once publicly sold on a foreign forum for $3000 in 2019, but by 2021 there is a free share member and anyone can download it. . But because there is no data of Vietnam, I don’t like it very much.
According to the information, the data of some journalists and researchers are still on this list, which should add credibility to the leaked data. This data aggregates users from 106 countries (the list is at the end of the post). This is not Facebook’s first large-scale attack. Previously, Facebook was also attacked on a large scale in 2018 and 2019.
In 2018, Facebook disabled a feature whereby users could search for other people by phone number. Taking advantage of that, the company Cambridge Analytica accessed nearly 87 million user data without any consent.
In 2019, a security researcher based in Ukraine found the data of nearly 267 million users on the web. However, this attack is mainly aimed at users in the United States.
Others believe that the hacked data is now stored on a server that is not password protected. Facebook claims that the amount of leaked user data may be exaggerated due to duplication. Facebook has had a number of times of dodging reports of cases of their data being hacked and exploited. There are also cases where third-party apps have their data stolen and then used for ransomware.
