Step 1: To fix USB format erroryou need to use software MiniTool Partition Wizard to restore USB to its original state.
After installation is complete, select the partition named “unallocated”. This is the unallocated free space of the USB.
Step 2: You select Menu Wizard -> Partition Recovery Wizard
Next, select your USB partition, look at the capacity to determine which partition of the USB has the Format error.

Partition Find & Mount implements a new concept of recovering deleted or lost partitions. It works in the most convenient way possible – by locating and mounting partitions to the system. Lost partitions will be mounted with the same drive letter. Partition Find & Mount works in case any Boot Record (including Master Boot Record) is missing, damaged or overwritten. Step 1: Download this software to install: http://www.findandmount.com
Step 2: Plug in the USB and open the software. Remember to select the correct USB, selecting the wrong drive is a bit dangerous. Then press the button Scan.
