You can use the Merge Cells increment to merge cells into another larger cell in Excel. But this feature keeps only the value of the upper left cell and deletes all other values. Use the Excel CONCATENATE function to concatenate strings.

How to merge cells in Excel

3. On the Home tab, in the Alignment group, click Merge & Center.
