Insert Pivot Chart
1. Click any cell in the pivot table.
2. On the Analyze tab, select PivotChart
3. Press OK
Filter Pivot Chart
1. Use filters (triangle next to Product and Country).
2. Remove the Country filter.
3. Because we have added the Category field to the Filter area we can filter the Pivot Chart by Category.
Change Pivot Chart type
1. Select Chart
2. On the Design tab, select Change Chart Type
3. Select Pie
4. Press OK
