Hyperlinks in Excel
File or Web Page
To create a hyperlink to an existing file or web page, perform the following steps.
1. Select cell A1.
2. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Link.
3a. To create a hyperlink to an existing file, select the desired file.
3b. To create a hyperlink to a web page, enter the website address in the Text to display, Address field and click OK.

To create a hyperlink to a place in this document, perform the following steps.
1. Select cell A2.
2. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Link.
3. Click ‘Place in This Document’ in the Link section.
4. Enter the text you want to display, refer to the cell and click OK.
