How to register for an ID card for children under 14 years old online at home
Step 1: Visit the Public Services homepage HERE
Step 2: Click 'Login' > Select National Public Service Portal Account
Step 3: Select Electronic identification account > Log in to VNEID account
Step 4: After successfully logging in, on the homepage, scroll down and select 'Identification issuance and management' under Online public services.
Step 5: Select 'Issuing ID cards for people under 14 years old'
