The free version of Wordfence Security almost meets user requirements, however if you want to upgrade to the Wordfence Security Premium version, there is a fairly simple way to edit the activation code of this plugin. This method is safe and does not use a third-party application, so you can do it yourself to activate the features of Wordfence Security Premium.
After installing Wordfence Security Plugin or Download Wordfence Security Plugin From the WordPress homepage, access the folder: wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/
Find and open the file wordfenceClass.php
using an editing program like notepad++, sublime text Or notepad is fine.
Press Ctrl + F to find the following code: if (!WFWAF_SUBDIRECTORY_INSTALL && $waf = wfWAF::getInstance()) {
Depending on each version, it will be located on different lines, like in version 7.11.6 it will be on line 2145.
