Method 1: Trick to change language
First you and Setting > Language or click here directly:

In the list of languages you choose English (US) > Save Changes.
Next, you just need to change the name as usual by going to Name or click the following link:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=account§ion=name&view
You will see the rename function without the same limitation message as before:
However, Facebook will warn you that “You will not be able to change your name for the next 60 days…”, this means that you will be renamed every 60 days. It is understandable because Facebook does not limit the number of changes, it will limit the time between two name changes.
You enter your name, password and press Save Changes to do the normal renaming!
Method 2: Rename the account through the Help page
To change the name, please visit the following link:
Enter your first and last name in the corresponding fields, then select the reason you want to change your name from the list of Facebook given. In this method you will need a copy Identity Card (ID) for Facebook to verify that the name you want to change is a real (legal) name.
After submitting the request, you will need to wait about 24-48 hours for Facebook to review the name change request. You will receive an Email and notification when approved.
And we will have a new name =D
