– Which one should you buy that is commonly used and recommended by people in the industry? Because when it breaks, you can easily replace it. For example, construction workers are very familiar with the Dell Precision M4800, 7510, right?

Where to buy a reasonable machine?

+) If you have little money, don't buy a machine at the supermarket.

+) If you have a lot of money, don't buy a machine at the supermarket.

+) If you want to buy a computer to do graphics, don't go to the supermarket.

In my opinion, if you have little money, you should not buy a computer at supermarkets. The computers there are very expensive, and they give a lot of wrong advice. Because my friend also studies graphics, when you have more than 25 million, you should buy there and you should have knowledge about computers before buying. My friend there, for 20 million, still only received a U chip, which was clearly stated for heavy graphics. If it is not equipped with SSD or low RAM, you have to go somewhere else to install it because there is almost no support for installation.

What if you buy a used machine?

RAM: 8gb is the minimum, because now reading newspapers, surfing the web and watching movies also requires 8gb ram. If you do PR for fun or are just starting out, 8gb ram is fine, but if you do a lot of editing, I recommend at least 16gb ram.

I recommend you not to buy AMD CPUs on laptops because their performance is not as stable as Intel's.

Storage Drive: RECOMMENDED CONFIGURATION FOR YOU is 256GB SSD and any HDD drive to store Japanese movies comfortably. If you have money, just install more. At least 128GB SSD is required and no SSD is not allowed.

Graphics card: for the level under 15 million, in my opinion, you should still buy a workstation laptop. Workstaion is still the best for both 2d and 3d graphics. Screen:

For those of you who intend to buy cheap gaming laptops to do pts or adobe graphics, I think you should not because the screens of these laptops are very bad, have a lot of color errors and very little color coverage. So for students, I think you should still buy a workstation to do 2d graphics because usually the old, cheap workstations have a color coverage of 72% (like the Dell Precision 7510, 5510 for example).

Buy a laptop for Rendering: No, guys, if you buy a thick machine, it's okay.

Acer Nitro 5: Don't buy it, because this one has a really stupid heatsink design. It sounds like it has good heatsink design, but it doesn't have good heatsink design at all.

Lenovo L340: don't buy, this one has poor heat dissipation, even i5 is hot, let alone i7

GF63: Flimsy frame, only 1 cooling fan, very hot after long use

Dell e65430, m4700 (too old, don't buy)
