New news and information dashboard, along with system icons that have been greatly simplified. These changes are currently available to a small group of plan members Windows Insider in channel Insider Dev Build 21327. For other users, the new changes are expected to appear in the fall release, which may also include other new designs, like the system panel and rounded window corners.

News and Interests
Start Menu of Windows 10 includes buttons Weather and News to help you quickly update information on certain topics, but Microsoft is setting up a new dedicated panel activated from the Taskbar complete with images of articles. This panel opens full articles in your web browser, where the presentation layout has also been redesigned, with larger cards for each article. These tags even include Facebook-like Like buttons so you can react to posts, which will show up in other users’ newsfeeds (on the same computer) and perhaps influence what shows up in your own newsfeed.

New system icon
Since its announcement at the Build 2017 conference, Fluent Design has gradually changed Windows 10 system and app icons. Fluent emphasizes transparency, subtle animations, typography, and simplified icons. The new Dev Build 21327 introduces a new font for icons, called Segoe Fluent Icons.
The build also includes other fixes and updates, such as a 64-bit version of PowerShell for ARM64 devices. To sign up for Windows 10 Insider builds and try out new features (and note that it’s pre-release software so stability isn’t guaranteed), you can visit insider.windows.com.
