PhoGPT is considered a version of ChatGPT designed specifically for Vietnamese with a large data language model of 7.5 billion parameters, based on the Transformer decoding platform. This model is trained from scratch, using the most advanced methods today (such as Flash Attention, AliBi to extrapolate context length).
