Some notes when signing up for Google Team Drive

Note 1: During the account creation process, you must save the questions/answers and registration information to log in to Team Drive later.

How to login and create Team Drive

Note: Each school will have its own way of logging in. You need to check your email to see instructions on how to log in to Edu mail.

Once created, you will receive the first 2 Emails of the school. Wait about 30 minutes to 6 hours, you will receive the 3rd Email. In the Email, there will be

• Email Edu to sign in to Google Drive Ultimate.

Visit the Link in the Email to create a Password for your Edu Google Team Drive account: https://www.losrios.edu/createpassword

Now you open Notepad, review 2 security questions near the last step. Enter the correct answer.

Finally set Password for your Google Team Drive – Google Drive Unlimited account. Remember to save the password in Notepad.

Now you access Google Drive import Email Edu in the Email provided by the school.

Fill in the information again Student ID number and Password just set.

You will be transferred to Google Drivelook at the menu on the left to see Team Drive.
