The simple reason is that you are using the English dictionary to check the spelling of Vietnamese language. To overcome this problem, you need a dictionary of Vietnamese words dedicated to Word.
How to turn on Vietnamese spelling testing features in Word
To use features Check spelling erroryou need to download Vietnamese dictionary. This is a list of Vietnamese spelling words.
Download Vietnamese Dictionary Check Spelling Error
You download and extract will see the file Vietnamese.dic Copy that file to the UPOOF folder by the link:
C\Users\Tên-User-Của-Bạn\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\UProof

Or simply click Ctrl + R To open the dialog box trembling and typing the command below, Enter
