Now you can share Messenger and Instagram in 1 app

Facebook has announced the Facebook Messenger service on Instagram. You can now access all of Instagram’s features in your Messenger app. So you can share Messenger and Instagram in 1 app.

Sharing Messenger with Instagram means you’ll get all the customization features from the original Messenger for Instagram chats. Facebook has also added a vanilla mode, selfie stickers, animated messaging effects and other features to the new service.

How to share Messenger and Instagram in

You use the account Facebook yours to log into Instagram. Facebook is simply the bridge between your Messenger and Instagram. This means you can now reply to messages and join video calls using any of the two apps. Also, it will definitely save time looking for a chat that is always lost because you can’t remember where it was.

Facebook has also added some new features coming to both Instagram and Messenger. This is what you will get with Facebook Messenger on Instagram.

Disappear mode and message management

Facebook is adding disappearing mode and message management to the new platform. If you are chatting in disappearing mode, the messages are automatically deleted when they are seen or you have closed the chat. Message control lets you decide who can message you.

You can also choose where to receive your message and call requests, or not receive them at all.

General view, Stickers and more

View by group has become especially common since COVID-19 locked people in their homes. The new “Watch Together” feature will allow you to co-watch videos on IGTV, Reels, Facebook Watch, TV shows and movies while on a video call. Features will be added later.

Facebook Messenger on Instagram also has a selfie sticker feature. This will allow you to take a boomerang-style selfie, add filters and animations to it, and use it as a sticker in the chat. You can also customize the chat color and add custom emoji shortcuts now.

Dynamic message effects have also been added. This means you can send messages with iMessage animations and custom effects. You can also forward messages to up to 5 people or groups at once. Just like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram will now allow you to reply to specific messages.
