Lesson 86: How to use Print Titles to print title by page in Excel

You can specify rows and columns in Excel will be printed on each printed page. This can make your prints easier to read.

How to use Print Titles in Excel

1. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Print Titles.

2. To repeat row 1 at the top of each printed page, click “Rows to repeat at top” and select row 1.

3. Click OK.

4. On the File tab, click Print to preview the printout.
