How to view multiple sheets at once in Excel
1. Open the workbook.
2. On the View tab, in the Window group, select New Window.
3. On the View tab, in the Window group, select Arrange All.
4. Select the sort mode you want. In this example, I will choose Horizontal.
5. Click OK.
The header (view-multiple-worksheets:1 and view-multiple-worksheets:2) indicates that two windows of the same file are open.
6. In the window below, select the Wk2 sheet. You can now view week 1 and week 2 sales at the same time.
Note: any changes you make to one window will also be applied to the other.
7. On the View tab, in the Window group, select View Side by Side (by default, Synchronous Scrolling is enabled), to scroll both sheets at once.
