In this article, I will show you how to use Remove Duplicates in Excel.
1. Click a cell in the data table.
2. In the Data panel select Remove Duplicates

Then the dialog box appears.
3. Check all the boxes and press OK

Result. Excel discards all rows that are the same (blue).

To remove rows with the same value in certain columns, do the following:
4. Delete the Last name and Country columns
5. Check Last Name and Country then click OK.

Result. Excel deletes all rows with the same Last Name and Country (blue).
