Line 6:Around 13:30 on August 23, Trieu used a knife to kill two people and seriously injured five others. One of the two dead victims was a neighbor of Trieu, Mr. Dang Dinh Van, born in 1958, originally from Hai Phong. Positive. Mr. Van was killed by Trieu while spraying pesticides on his fields. The other person is Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien, born in 1974. Ms. Lien came from Binh Dinh hometown to work here. By 8pm on August 23, two of the five seriously injured victims taken to the hospital had died. They are 33-year-old Le Thi Thom (Dan’s sister-in-law) and Thom’s daughter, Vu Thi Van, 9 years old. Many neighbors around the area where the incident happened said that around 13:30 pm on August 23, a neighbor of Dan’s discovered Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lien’s body and reported it to the commune police. After a while, when he went to Mr. Dang Dinh Man’s coffee garden – opposite the Trieu Dynasty, he discovered Mr. Van’s body lying next to a pot of insecticide that had just been sprayed. At the same time, in Nguyen Thi Thom’s house, there was a scream. When the police arrived, they found Vu Van Dan holding two bloody knives in his hands. Seeing the police, Dan ran away near Highway 14 – about 1.5km from the crime scene. Due to being too tired, Dan sat on the ground, the police arrested Trieu.
