Delete the latest Garena information 2016

In this article, I will guide you through the steps to delete Garena account information, or League of Legends account. The steps are also simple, but I see that many of you can’t do it, and have to hire to be deceived, leading to loss of money. To delete information, you must have at least 1 of the following 3 “materials”:

• The 5 most recently purchased new generals
• 5 most recently purchased champion skins
• Last recharge date. Example 16/05/2014,50,000 VND, 11/05/2014,50,000 VND, 30/04/2014,20,000 VND

You visit Garena’s support site http://hotro.garena.vn/ At the request box select Account support (not verified information) the line below select delete phone number then click continue.

Next, you fill in the information:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Account name to delete information
• Transaction information here will be recorded as in the deposit history of that acc, for example (February 31, 2069, VND 20,000) recorded 3 times and must date difference.
• Choose League of Legends game
• For the costume, go to the store to choose the outfit > the champion you already own > and below, click on the word champion and write down 5 skins that don’t match.
• Hero name (ingame name)
• Name 5 generals to buy you in GAS > League of Legends moment > Moments it will appear and write the date to buy which champion
• Last match information after being hacked
• The title says Delete phone number
• Details are: Brothers and sisters, this account has been hacked and confirmed with another phone number, but there are some outfits I don’t remember clearly, I hope you delete the phone number for me.
• Attachments (omitted)
• Enter the confirmation code

Now my account has set up a phone number, but I lost my sim so I made this support form to fill out all information for BQT. Hope Garena BQT will review and delete it for me. Because of the funeral at home, I couldn’t go to the nearest Garena office. Thanks for this help!
