Instructions to create a Windows VPS of VNGCloud Vietnam for free
To create a Windows VPS of VNGCloud you need a phone number to verify your account. If you have multiple phone numbers, you can create multiple VPSs. To register for a Windows VPS in Vietnam, follow the instructions below:
Register for an account VNGCloud
First you need to visit the page Portal of VNGCloud and enter Email to register.
There will be a confirmation email sent. If you receive by Gmail, the confirmation mail is in the folder SPAM. So don’t ask why can’t find Mail. When you click on the confirmation link you will be redirected to the Verify phone number.
Enter the phone number (remove the leading zero), then select Send OTP. Check your phone and enter the OTP confirmation code in the box below
Create Network
To create a VPS, you first need to create a Network for your account. In other words, create a private IP range for your VPS. You do the following.
After completing the registration, you will be redirected to the management interface of VNGCloud. Click on Menu vServer.
On the Main Menu select VPC -> CREATE NETWORK
Name for Network then click Create
Create Windows VPS on VNGCloud
After creating NetWork, you proceed to create VPS. On the Main Menu select: VPS -> CREATE SERVER
Name the Server you prepare to create for ease of management. You can choose Windows or Linux VPS (Ubuntu, Centos, Debian, Open SUSE).
Remember to choose the version of Windows (2016 or 2019)
Next is to choose the VPS configuration. If you choose First configuration will have 1GB RAM, you will use 2 days free VPS of VNGCloud.
In the section VOLUME Click Next to pass, if Add more will charge extra.
Next is to choose Networkon the screen will display Network when you just created the bounce.
In the section Security group: friend delete the Default Group let’s go.
Finally, check the VPS configuration and select CREATE SERVER
How to Remote to Windows VPS
VPS creation time is about 2-5 minutes. After creating, you need to do 2 steps to get VNGCloud’s Remote VPS information.
Remote by browser
Go to the Server menu: check the newly created VPS name. Click on Action select Console if you want Remote by browser.
Remote by Remote Desktop
IP VPS is the 2nd line IP, as shown in the picture above is 61.28.236.149
If you want to Remote using Remote Desktop, you go to Email registration to get Username and Password information to log in.
When Remote using Remote Desktop, you use Port: 3490. Type :3490 after the IP. Eg:
61.28.236.149:3490
