<p>The Tasks feature supports many different tasks, allowing users to create tasks according to personal needs. For example, you can take advantage of this feature to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Schedule weekly reports to be sent to the team.</li>
<li>Set reminders for important meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain a daily exercise routine.</li>
<li>Manage time and work according to deadlines.</li>
<li>Reminder of rest time to protect health.</li>
<li>Plan a daily personal workout for short periods of time.</li>
</ul>
<p>In addition, Tasks also helps users manage tasks based on previous conversations. For example, if you talk about needing to prepare a report tomorrow, ChatGPT can automatically create a reminder task for you. Additionally, you can adjust and cancel tasks if they are no longer needed.</p>

<p>You just need to enter the task content and completion time, ChatGPT will automatically schedule and remind you. Like other virtual assistants, ChatGPT&#39;s Tasks can work on both the web version and the phone application, making it easy for you to track your work wherever you are.</p>

<h2 id="ftoc-nhung-thach-thuc-can-vuot-qua" class="ftwp-heading"><strong>Challenges need to be overcome</strong></h2>
<p>Although ChatGPT&#39;s Tasks feature brings many benefits, there are still some challenges that need to be resolved. One of them is <strong>reliability</strong> of this feature, especially when used for critical tasks.</p>
<p>Previously, OpenAI tested some AI Agent features but encountered problems with the accuracy of the information. This raises the question of whether Tasks can complete tasks on time and accurately.</p>
<p>Additionally, since the Tasks feature is still in beta, you should not completely rely on it for important tasks. The development and improvement of this feature still needs time to prove its capabilities.</p>
<figure id="attachment_78345" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-78345" style="width: 800px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="wp-image-78345 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/tinh-nang-tasks-5.jpg" alt="Challenges need to be overcome" width="800" height="450" title="ChatGPT launches the Tasks feature: An effective task management solution 16" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/tinh-nang-tasks-5.jpg 800w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/tinh-nang-tasks-5-300x169.jpg 300w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/tinh-nang-tasks-5-768x432.jpg 768w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/tinh-nang-tasks-5-750x422.jpg 750w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px"/><figcaption id="caption-attachment-78345" class="wp-caption-text">Challenges need to be overcome</figcaption></figure>

<h2 id="ftoc-loi-ket" class="ftwp-heading"><strong>Conclusion</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Tasks feature</strong> of ChatGPT is a remarkable step forward in the development of virtual assistants. Not only does it help manage work, it also makes users&#39; lives more tidy and organized. Although there are still many challenges, with strong development potential, Tasks promises to be an effective tool for those who want to optimize their life and work.</p>

<p><strong>User Access Control (UAC) in Windows 10 can be frustrating, especially when you frequently run programs that require Admin rights. Thankfully, there is a way to create a Shortcut that turns off UAC on Windows 10 without prompting you for UAC. For each software you want to run as admin but do not want to appear UAC, create a separate Shortcut.</strong></p>

<p>This way still ensures that other Apps still need UAC permissions, except for the Apps for which you have created the Shortcut.</p>
<p>This trick works by setting <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link?url=https%3A%2F%2Fanonyviet.com%2Fnhung-viec-can-lam-de-bao-ve-quyen-rieng-tu-tren-windows-10%2F" rel="noopener" class="local-link">scheduled tasks</a> to run the application in Admin mode. Then you can create shortcut on Desktop, it will ignore UAC when you click on shortcut.</p>
<p>Although, you can disable the UAC prompts altogether, it is a foolish move as it only warns when there are computer security problems.</p>
<p>Because running the Task Scheduler (scheduled task) requires you to go through UAC to set up the task.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-dung-task-scheduled-tao-shortcut-tat-uac-tren-windows" class="ftwp-heading">Use Task Scheduled to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows</h2>
<p>Creating a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows 10 for each software will help you run the Admin rights of that software without having to appear a notice of UAC. This way still ensures that other Apps still need UAC permissions, except for the Apps for which you have created the Shortcut.</p>
<p>To open the Task Scheduler, press <strong>Start</strong>import <strong>Task Scheduler</strong> Enter the search box and select the first result that appears.<img decoding="async" width="326" height="249" class="aligncenter wp-image-18013 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/82.png" alt=" Create Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/82.png 326w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/82-300x229.png 300w" sizes="(max-width: 326px) 100vw, 326px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 27"/></p>
<p>Once the Task Scheduler is open, click “Create Task” from the right panel.<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="488" height="275" class="aligncenter wp-image-18014 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/83.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Scheduled task" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/83.png 488w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/83-300x169.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 28"/></p>
<p>Give this task a simple name and preferably no spaces. Then check the box &#8220;Run with Highest Privileges&#8221;. You can also write it a short description if you want, but it&#8217;s not necessary.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="488" height="371" class="aligncenter wp-image-18015 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/84.png" alt="  Scheduled task turn off UAC" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/84.png 488w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/84-300x228.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 29"/></p>
<p>By default, if you set up a task on your laptop, the Task Scheduler will not run the task unless your laptop is plugged in. If you cannot disable this option, when you open the shortcut, the task will run in the “Queued” state until you plug in the power.</p>
<p>Switch to tabs <strong>“Conditions”</strong> and deselect the place <strong>“Start the Task Only If the Computer Is on AC Power”</strong>.<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="488" height="371" class="size-full wp-image-18047 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/85.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 20" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/85.png 488w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/85-300x228.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 30"/></p>

<p>Click “Browse” to find the software you want to run when the task starts.<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="420" height="224" class="size-full wp-image-18049 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/87.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 22" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/87.png 420w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/87-300x160.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 420px) 100vw, 420px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 32"/></p>

<p>Click “OK” to save the changes.<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="425" height="469" class="size-full wp-image-18051 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/89.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 24" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/89.png 425w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/89-272x300.png 272w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 425px) 100vw, 425px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 34"/></p>
<p>Click “OK” again to finish creating the task.<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="488" height="371" class="size-full wp-image-18052 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/90.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 25" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/90.png 488w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/90-300x228.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 35"/></p>
<p>That&#8217;s all you need to do for this part. If you want to make sure the task runs as expected, select “Task Scheduler Library”, right-click the task, and then click “Run”.<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="488" height="223" class="size-full wp-image-18053 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/91.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 26" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/91.png 488w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/91-300x137.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 36"/></p>
<p>When the tasks are working properly, close the Task Scheduler, and remember the name you used for the task.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-cach-tao-shortcut-de-chay-task" class="ftwp-heading">How to create Shortcut to run Task</h2>
<p>Right-click on the Desktop and select New > Shortcut.<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="488" height="167" class="size-full wp-image-18054 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/92.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 27" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/92.png 488w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/92-300x103.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 37"/></p>
<p>Then enter the command below and replace <taskName> with the name of the task you created:</p>
<pre class="">schtasks /run /tn "&lt;taskName&gt;"</pre>
<p>Click “Next” after you have entered the command. <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="488" height="408" class="size-full wp-image-18055 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/93.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 28" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/93.png 488w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/93-300x251.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 38"/></p>
<p>Give the Shortcut a name and click “Finish”.<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="488" height="230" class="size-full wp-image-18056 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/94.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 29" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/94.png 488w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/94-300x141.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 39"/></p>
<p>Now, on your Desktop, the newly created Shortcut will appear. It will run the task as Admin without prompting you for UAC when you open it.<img post-id="8400" fifu-featured="1" decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="488" height="305" class="size-full wp-image-18057 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/95.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/95.png 488w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/95-300x188.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 40"/></p>
<p>However, if you want to tweak it a bit further, right-click on the Shortcut and then select “Properties”.</p>

<p>Because Shortcut runs commands in Command Prompt, when opening Shortcut, a CMD window also opens and closes before the software is enabled. If you want, you can set the CMD window to be minimized.</p>
<p>In the “Run” section, select “Minimized”.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" width="390" height="488" class="size-full wp-image-18059 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/97.png" alt="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 32" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/97.png 390w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/97-240x300.png 240w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px" title="How to create a Shortcut to turn off UAC on Windows with Task Scheduled 42"/></p>

<p><strong>If you&#8217;ve ever opened Task Manager to see what CPU, RAM or application consumption is taking up a lot of system resources, but you&#8217;ve seen the CPU suddenly increase by 100% and then drop. You may be wondering why there is a mysterious CPU spike in system resource usage. After all, Task Manager is a lightweight program you can run with little impact on system performance on most computers. In this post, AnonyViet will go with you to clarify this issue.</strong></p>

<h2 id="ftoc-muc-su-dung-cpu-dot-ngot-tang-100-khi-mo-task-manager" class="ftwp-heading">CPU usage suddenly increased by 100% when opening Task Manager</h2>
<p><a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link?url=https%3A%2F%2Fanonyviet.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2021%2F04%2Fcpu-dot-ngot-tang-100.jpg" rel="noopener" class="local-link"><img post-id="6317" fifu-featured="1" decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-26237 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/cpu-dot-ngot-tang-100.jpg" alt="Why does the CPU suddenly increase to 100% when opening Task Manager and then decrease?" title="Why does the CPU suddenly increase to 100% when opening Task Manager and then decrease?" width="645" height="401" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/cpu-dot-ngot-tang-100.jpg 645w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/cpu-dot-ngot-tang-100-300x187.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 645px) 100vw, 645px" title="Why does the CPU suddenly increase 100% when opening Task Manager and then decrease to 7"/></a></p>
<p>The root of the problem lies in a fundamental misunderstanding of how Task Manager actually works.</p>
<p>When you launch Task Manager, it immediately starts collecting information about which processes are running, which processes are taking up the most system resources, and which ones are using. While Task Manager is collecting this information, the spike in CPU usage you see is that Task Manager is compiling that data. Once done, Task Manager shows all that data to you in a tabular format.</p>
<p>The confusion is even higher when you are monitoring CPU usage for different processes. The solution is to first open Task Manager so that it can start monitoring CPU usage as soon as it starts running, after about a few seconds waiting for the CPU to drop to a balanced level for a long time, you can evaluate the main computer resources are being used.</p>
<p>That said, you can also choose to slow down the Task Manager update rate to bypass this annoying problem. Since the update will be slow, the CPU usage spike will come later.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-cach-thay-doi-toc-do-cap-nhat-thong-tin-cua-task-manager" class="ftwp-heading">How to change the information update speed of Task Manager</h2>
<p>Task Manager lists processes along with CPU, RAM, Disk, Network usage. It also lists performance, application history, startup mode with windows, etc. While there are so many, have you ever wondered how often the Task Manager is updated? Sometimes you may want to update faster and sometimes slower than usual to reduce the load on the CPU. AnonyViet will guide you how you can change the Windows Task Manager update speed.</p>
<p>To change the task manager&#8217;s data update rate in Windows 10:</p>
<ol>
<li>Open Task Manager with Ctrl + Shift + Esc.</li>
<li>Open the Process tab</li>
<li>Click the View menu item</li>
<li>Select Update Speed</li>
<li>Choose between High, Low, Normal and Paused</li>
</ol>
<p><a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link?url=https%3A%2F%2Fanonyviet.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2021%2F04%2Fupdate-speed-task-manager.jpg" rel="noopener" class="local-link"><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-26236 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/update-speed-task-manager.jpg" alt="How to change the information update speed of Task Manager" width="533" height="254" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/update-speed-task-manager.jpg 533w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/update-speed-task-manager-300x143.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px" title="Why does the CPU suddenly increase 100% when opening Task Manager and then decrease to 8"/></a></p>
</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>High:</strong> This option will update the percentage every half a second. You can use it for resource-hungry processes like gaming and video rendering.</li>
<li><strong>Thường:</strong> Here, the update rate is once per second. This is the default setting.</li>
<li><strong>Low:</strong> If you need to monitor the percentage, but it changes too often, you can slow it down using this. It will update every four seconds. This gives you enough time if you want to take screenshots with slower updates.</li>
<li><strong>Paused:</strong> This will freeze everything in the list until you change it to other options. It is very useful when you need to take a screenshot.</li>
</ul>
<p>So if you don&#8217;t want the CPU to increase suddenly, you can choose Low or Paused.</p>
<p>Task Manager provides a quick and easy way to see exactly what programs are running on your computer and how much CPU and RAM they are currently using. However, if you don&#8217;t like Task Manager, you can look at some Task Manager replacement tools that can help you monitor system resource usage such as:</p>
<ul>
<li><a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.microsoft.com%2Fen-us%2Fsysinternals%2Fdownloads%2Fprocess-explorer" rel="noopener external nofollow" class="ext-link" onclick="this.target='_blank';">Process Explorer</a> – I chose this because of it <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link?url=https%3A%2F%2Fanonyviet.com%2Fcach-diet-sach-virus-trong-2-phut%2F" rel="noopener" class="local-link">Kill Viruses</a> and genuine Microsoft.</li>
<li>Task Manager Deluxe</li>
<li>Customized Task Manager.</li>
<li>WinUtilities Process Security</li>
<li>TaskInfo</li>

<li>System Explorer</li>
<li>Glarysoft Security Process Explorer</li>
<li>Process Hacker</li>
<li>Starter Startup Manager</li>
<li>AnVir Task Manager Free</li>
</ul>
<p>AnonyViet hopes the post can explain why the CPU suddenly spikes when Task Manager is launched.</p>

<h2 id="ftoc-trello-la-gi" class="ftwp-heading">What is Trello?</h2>
<p>Trello is a popular project management tool that lets you create and manage tasks, whether it&#8217;s a team project or just your own personal to-do list. You can set deadlines, leave notes on projects and tasks, and assign tasks to other project members. Trello uses a kanban board view so you can easily visualize how your project is progressing.</p>
<p>Trello is widely known for being one of the easiest project management tools to use. Trello&#8217;s simple design makes it very easy to get used to. Trello is also free to some extent. For the purpose of creating and managing small-scale projects by a small team, the free version is sufficient. You can always upgrade to a premium subscription later if needed.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-cach-su-dung-trello" class="ftwp-heading">How to use Trello</h2>
<p>Trello offers a variety of features that allow you to create and manage tasks. I will introduce you to the main features one by one.</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-tao-bang-de-quan-ly-du-an" class="ftwp-heading">Create boards for project management</h3>
<p>The Trello board is where you create and organize all the details of your project, such as the tasks that make up the overall project, task deadlines, roadmaps, and more. The board is also where you invite your team to collaborate. work in the project.</p>
<p>So when you create an account, the first thing you need to do is create a board for the project. The free version allows you to create up to 10 tables per workspace.</p>
<p>To create a board, log in to your account and then click “Create” in the upper-right corner of the window. Next, click “Create Board” from the menu.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-33845 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Click-Create-and-then-Create-Board..jpg" alt="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 12" width="428" height="218" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Click-Create-and-then-Create-Board..jpg 428w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Click-Create-and-then-Create-Board.-300x153.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 428px) 100vw, 428px" title="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 17"/></p>
<p>A small window will appear. Here, give your board a name, choose a theme for it, then click “Create Board”.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-33846 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Add-the-name-and-set-the-theme-of-the-board..jpg" alt="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 13" width="389" height="269" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Add-the-name-and-set-the-theme-of-the-board..jpg 389w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Add-the-name-and-set-the-theme-of-the-board.-300x207.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 389px) 100vw, 389px" title="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 18"/></p>
<p>That&#8217;s it, you&#8217;ve created your Trello board.</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-moi-them-thanh-vien" class="ftwp-heading">Invite more members</h3>
<p>If your Trello board is for personal use, you can skip this step. If you want others to have access to your board, such as other members of your team, you can invite them.</p>
<p>To invite someone to collaborate with you on a project, click the “Invite” button in the header menu of the board.</p>

<p>After you&#8217;ve created the board (and added members if you want), it&#8217;s time to add all the project tasks. However, before you can start creating new tasks, you need to create a “List”. Think of the list as your project roadmap. Your roadmap doesn&#8217;t have to be complicated — it can be as simple as “To Do”, “In Progress” and “Done”.</p>
<p>Enter the name of your list in the text box, then click the blue “Add List” button.</p>

<p>You can create as many lists as needed for your project. If you need to rearrange your lists, simply click and drag them to a new location.</p>
<p>Once the list has been created, you can start adding tasks.</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-tao-va-quan-ly-cong-viec" class="ftwp-heading">Create and manage tasks</h3>
<p>In Trello, your tasks will be created on “Cards”. Think of the cards as sticky notes. That&#8217;s where you&#8217;ll write down everything you need to know about a particular task.</p>
<p>You can create a tag in any of your lists. Just click “Add a Card” in the list you want to add the card to.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-33851 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Click-Add-a-Card..jpg" alt="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 18" width="375" height="250" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Click-Add-a-Card..jpg 375w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Click-Add-a-Card.-300x200.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 375px) 100vw, 375px" title="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 23"/></p>
<p>Give your card a title. Then, click the blue “Add Card” button.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-33852 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Create-title-and-click-Add-Card..jpg" alt="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 19" width="304" height="266" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Create-title-and-click-Add-Card..jpg 304w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Create-title-and-click-Add-Card.-300x263.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 304px) 100vw, 304px" title="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 24"/></p>
<p>Your card has been created. If you click on the card, a window will appear. Here you can add additional details to the card, such as a description of the task, add a checklist for the task, set a deadline, upload attachments, and more.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-33853 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Add-more-details-to-the-card..jpg" alt="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 20" width="473" height="212" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Add-more-details-to-the-card..jpg 473w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Add-more-details-to-the-card.-300x134.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 473px) 100vw, 473px" title="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 25"/></p>
<p>Depending on your progress on the task, you may want to move the card to a different list. For example, if you&#8217;ve completed the task, you might want to move the card to the &#8220;Completed&#8221; list. To do so, simply click and drag the card to the list you want.</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-tang-hieu-suat-cong-viec-bang-power-up" class="ftwp-heading">Increase work efficiency with Power-Up</h3>
<p>Trello offers a feature called “Power-Up”. These are essentially add-ons in Trello. Trello offers a huge Power-Up library with features ranging from adding a calendar view, integrating your boards with popular apps like Slack, Gmail, MailChimp, Giphy, and OneDrive, and hundreds of other cool things .</p>
<p>Previously, you could only add one Power-Up per workspace if you were using the free version of Trello. But now, Trello also allows you to use an unlimited number of Power-Ups for free. However, Trello claims that some Power-Ups powered by their partners still require a paid version.</p>
<p>To add Power-Ups, simply visit Trello&#8217;s Power-Up page, find the one you want, and then click the blue &#8220;Add&#8221; button below it.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-33854 aligncenter" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Click-Add..jpg" alt="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 21" width="294" height="222" title="How to use Trello - Task management application, teamwork 26"/></p>
<p>Every Power-Up is different, so follow the onscreen instructions to set everything up.</p>
<p>Trello is one of the most popular project management software available today because it&#8217;s easy to use, has a simple interface, and the free version lets you multitask. In addition, you can also choose other tools similar to Trello which are <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.howtogeek.com%2F658980%2Fwhat-is-microsoft-planner-and-how-to-use-it%2F" rel="noopener external nofollow" class="ext-link" onclick="this.target='_blank';">Microsoft Planner</a>, <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fapp.asana.com%2F" rel="noopener external nofollow" class="ext-link" onclick="this.target='_blank';">Asana</a>and <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cloudsavvyit.com%2F3460%2Fthe-beginners-guide-to-using-jira-effectively%2F" rel="noopener external nofollow" class="ext-link" onclick="this.target='_blank';">Jira</a> or use productivity-enhancing extensions <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link?url=https%3A%2F%2Fanonyviet.com%2Fcac-extension-tang-nang-suat-lam-viec%2F" rel="noopener" class="local-link">here</a>.</p>

<h2 id="ftoc-lenh-at-la-gi" class="TnITTtw-tpart TnITTtw-t ftwp-heading">What is the at command?</h2>
<p>at is a Linux command that allows you to schedule jobs for a specific date and time. It&#8217;s automation made easy from Terminal.</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-cach-cai-dat" class="ftwp-heading">How to install</h3>
<p>On Linux, the at command may already be installed by default. You can verify it is installed with the command<code> at -V</code>:</p>
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="generic">$ at -V&#13;
at version x.y.z</pre>
<p>If you can&#8217;t find the at command, most modern Linux distributions provide an at command installation package for you.</p>
<p>You may also need to start at daemon, called atd. On most Linux systems, you use the systemctl command to enable services and allow them to automatically start from now on:</p>
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="generic">$ sudo systemctl enable --now atd</pre>
<h2 id="ftoc-cach-len-lich-tac-vu-tuong-tac-voi-lenh-at" class="ftwp-heading">How to schedule an interactive task with the at . command</h2>
<p>You first need to create an event at some point and then you specify what you want to happen.</p>
<p>For example, try scheduling by creating a task for the next few minutes. Just do a simple task. To exit the terminal, press Ctrl + D on your keyboard.</p>
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="generic">$ at 11:20 AM&#13;
warning: commands will be executed using /bin/sh&#13;
at&gt; echo "hello world" &gt; ~/at-test.txt&#13;
at&gt; &lt;EOT&gt;&#13;
job 3 at Mon Jul 26 11:20:00 2021</pre>
<p>As you can see, at uses intuitive and natural time definitions. You don&#8217;t need to know the 24 hours or convert to UTC. In general, you can use any time notation such as <em>noon</em>, <em>1:30 PM</em>, <em>13:37,…</em> to describe the moment you want.</p>
<p>Wait a few minutes and then see if the word “hello world” has been written to the file at-text.txt using the cat command.</p>
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="generic">$ cat ~/at-test.txt&#13;
hello world</pre>
<h2 id="ftoc-cach-len-lich-tac-vu-voi-lenh-at" class="ftwp-heading">How to schedule a task with the at . command</h2>
<p>You don&#8217;t need to write dance on terminal to schedule jobs with at. You can use the echo or printf command instead. In this example, I will use <em>now</em> to delay that task for 1 minute.</p>
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="generic">$ echo "echo 'hello again' &gt;&gt; ~/at-test.txt" | at now +1 minute</pre>
<p>After a minute, you need to confirm the task has been completed with the cat command.</p>
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="generic">$ cat ~/at-test.txt&#13;
hello world&#13;
hello again</pre>
<h2 id="ftoc-cac-tuy-chon-thoi-gian" class="ftwp-heading">Time options</h2>
<p>The at command is quite easy to manipulate with time options. You can choose between several formats, depending on which is most convenient for you:</p>
<ul>
<li><code>YYMMDDhhmm</code>[.ss] (abbreviation for year, month, day, hour, minute and second)</li>
<li><code>CCYYMMDDhhmm</code>[.ss] (full year, month, day, hour, minute and second)</li>
<li><code>now</code></li>
<li><code>midnight</code></li>
<li><code>noon</code></li>
<li><code>teatime</code> (4 PM)</li>
<li><code>AM</code></li>
<li><code>PM</code></li>
</ul>
<p>Times and dates can be absolute or add a plus sign (+) to make them relative to now.</p>
<ul>
<li><code>minutes</code></li>
<li><code>hours</code></li>
<li><code>days</code></li>
<li><code>weeks</code></li>
<li><code>months</code></li>
<li><code>years</code></li>
</ul>
<h2 id="ftoc-cu-phap-ngay-va-gio" class="ftwp-heading">Date and time syntax</h2>
<p>The at command is less comfortable when dealing with dates and times. The time must be entered first, then the date, even though that date defaults to the current date and only scheduled tasks for some future date.</p>
<p>Eg:</p>
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="generic">$ echo "rsync -av /home/tux me@myserver:/home/tux/" | at 3:30 AM tomorrow&#13;
$ echo "/opt/batch.sh ~/Pictures" | at 3:30 AM 08/01/2022&#13;
$ echo "echo hello" | at now + 3 days</pre>
<h2 id="ftoc-xem-hang-doi-tac-vu" class="ftwp-heading">View task queue</h2>
<p>You can view your scheduled jobs on Linux with the atq command:</p>
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="generic">$ atq&#13;
10 Thu Jul 29 12:19:00 2021 a tux&#13;
9  Tue Jul 27 03:30:00 2021 a tux&#13;
7  Tue Jul 27 00:00:00 2021 a tux</pre>
<p>To remove a job from the queue, use the atrm command. To remove job #7:</p>
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="generic">$ atrm 7&#13;
$ atq&#13;
10 Thu Jul 29 12:19:00 2021 a tux&#13;

<h2 id="ftoc-task-manager-la-gi" class="ftwp-heading">What is Task Manager?</h2>
<p>Windows Task Manager is a system monitoring utility, which means it allows you to manage all the processes running on your computer and view other important information. You can sort these processes by usage to see what tasks are taking up computer resources.</p>
<p>Task Manager also has plenty of other data, making it a useful place to go when you need to check something about your PC. It is not the only utility you need, but it is the first place you go when you want to manage software.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-cach-mo-task-manager" class="ftwp-heading">How to open Task Manager</h2>
<p>You may be familiar with opening Task Manager with Ctrl + Alt + Delete. However, this is not the most efficient way to open it in modern versions of Windows.</p>
<p>This shortcut is a special Windows shortcut to open the Windows Security page, which contains shortcuts to lock your PC, log out, open Task Manager, etc. It is also used for secure login, as only Windows has it. can respond to this particular shortcut.</p>

<p>Instead, when you want to open Task Manager, the fastest way is to press Ctrl + Shift + Escape on your keyboard. In case you don&#8217;t like the shortcut, right click on an empty spot on the taskbar and select <strong>Task Manager</strong>. If you plan to use Task Manager often, right-click its icon and select Task Manager for easy access.</p>
<p>After opening Task Manager, you can see a simplified interface, with only a list of running applications. You can select an application and press <strong>End task</strong> to end it, but you&#8217;ll need to click <strong>More details</strong> to access the full Task Manager interface.</p>

<li><strong>Background processes </strong>are tasks that are active but not explicitly open as an application. For example, you can see cloud storage services or background apps like clipboard managers here.</li>
<li><strong>Windows processes</strong> contains the system services that the operating system needs to run properly.</li>

<p>Click any of the header fields at the top, like <strong>Name</strong> <strong>CPU</strong> CPU, to sort using that information. Each header shows the total amount of resources being used, along with a breakdown by progress.</p>
<p>Drag to reorder these headings as you see fit. To add or hide a column, right-click anywhere in the header and select the headings you want to see.</p>
<p>Right-click on any process to see its options. Since Task Manager groups all the processes for an application into one list, you&#8217;ll need to click the little arrow to display and manage them individually.</p>
<p>Useful items in this menu include <strong>End task</strong> to turn off unresponsive apps, <strong>Open file location</strong> to see the location of the process on the computer and <strong>Search online</strong> for more information about the processes.</p>

<p>Next, on <strong>Performance</strong>you&#8217;ll see graphs representing different resources like CPU, RAM, and GPU.</p>
<p>Each field here also contains information about the hardware, which is useful for checking your PC&#8217;s specs. For example, on the CPU page, you&#8217;ll see your processor model listed at the top, along with the field <strong>Up time</strong> indicates the amount of time since the PC last restarted.</p>
<p>If you want to keep track of these while doing something else, right-click on the list of items on the left and select <strong>Summary view</strong>. Then you can keep it open when playing games, doing heavy work.</p>

<h3 id="ftoc-tab-app-history" class="ftwp-heading">Tab App History</h3>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-37812 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/05-Task-Manager-App-History.jpg" alt="How to use Task Manager on Windows 18" width="563" height="322" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/05-Task-Manager-App-History.jpg 563w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/05-Task-Manager-App-History-300x172.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 563px) 100vw, 563px" title="How to use Task Manager on Windows 23"/></p>
<p><strong>App History</strong> provides historical data about the resources used by the application. You&#8217;ll see the total CPU usage time your app spends, along with network usage. Data covers the last 30 days.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, this panel is limited to Windows 10 Store apps. However, it can still tell you apps are working too much in the background.</p>
<h3 id="the-startup-tab" class="ftwp-heading">Startup tab</h3>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-37813 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/06-Task-Manager-Startup-Tab.jpg" alt="How to use Task Manager on Windows 19" width="563" height="322" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/06-Task-Manager-Startup-Tab.jpg 563w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/06-Task-Manager-Startup-Tab-300x172.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 563px) 100vw, 563px" title="How to use Task Manager on Windows 24"/></p>
<p>Startup is one of the most useful tabs of Task Manager. It lists all the applications that run as soon as you log into Windows.</p>
<p>Applications often install themselves to run at startup, even if you don&#8217;t enable them. While this will be more convenient for the programs you use often, having too many unnecessary startup applications will slow down the startup process and waste resources.</p>
<p>You can disable startup apps by right clicking on it and selecting <strong>Disabled.</strong></p>
<p>In addition, you can also see the Startup software you should disable to speed up Windows <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link?url=https%3A%2F%2Fanonyviet.com%2F10-phan-mem-startup-ban-nen-vo-hieu-hoa-de-tang-toc-windows%2F" rel="noopener" class="local-link">here</a>.</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-tab-users" class="ftwp-heading">Tab Users</h3>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-37814 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/07-Task-Manager-Users-Tab.jpg" alt="How to use Task Manager on Windows 20" width="563" height="322" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/07-Task-Manager-Users-Tab.jpg 563w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/07-Task-Manager-Users-Tab-300x172.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 563px) 100vw, 563px" title="How to use Task Manager on Windows 25"/></p>
<p>Tab <strong>Users</strong> only useful if you currently have multiple accounts logged into your PC. You will see resource usage for each user, similar to the Processes tab. Click the arrow next to a user to expand all of their processes, where you can get more information or end them.</p>
<p>Alternatively, you can right-click another user to force them out.</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-tab-details" class="ftwp-heading">Tab Details</h3>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-37817 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/08-Task-Manager-Details-Tab.jpg" alt="How to use Task Manager on Windows 21" width="563" height="322" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/08-Task-Manager-Details-Tab.jpg 563w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/08-Task-Manager-Details-Tab-300x172.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 563px) 100vw, 563px" title="How to use Task Manager on Windows 26"/></p>
<p>Advanced users will appreciate the tab <strong>Details</strong>; it expands on the information presented in <strong>Processes</strong>. By default, you can see the process ID (PID), the initiating user, and the process name for each item.</p>
<p>When you right click on a process, you will see more options such as setting priority or ending the whole process tree. But most normal users don&#8217;t need to worry about this. If you need more information than tab <strong>Processes</strong> available, refer to this tab.</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-tab-services" class="ftwp-heading">Services tab</h3>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-37818 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/09-Task-Manager-Services-Tab.jpg" alt="How to use Task Manager on Windows 22" width="563" height="322" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/09-Task-Manager-Services-Tab.jpg 563w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/09-Task-Manager-Services-Tab-300x172.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 563px) 100vw, 563px" title="How to use Task Manager on Windows 27"/></p>
<p>Tab <strong>Services </strong>is a stripped-down version of the Services utility, which you can open by typing “services” into the Start Menu. Services are background processes that Windows or other system utilities run to handle various tasks. For example, wuauserv is related to Windows Update.</p>
<h2 id="task-manager-file-options-and-view" class="ftwp-heading">File, Options, and View</h2>
<p>By choosing <strong>File > Run new task</strong>, you can start a process on your PC (similar to Run). This is useful when you need to close and reopen a Windows Explorer task. Just type “explorer.exe” into this menu to relaunch Explorer.</p>
<p>In <strong>Options</strong>you can change some small behavior of Task Manager. <strong>Always on top</strong> will keep the Task Manager above all other windows, which is useful if you need to see it for troubleshooting. Use <strong>Set default tab</strong> to select the menu that will open when you launch Task Manager.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-37819 size-full" src="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/10-Task-Manager-Menu-Options.jpg" alt="How to use Task Manager on Windows 23" width="563" height="289" srcset="https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/10-Task-Manager-Menu-Options.jpg 563w, https://anonyviet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/10-Task-Manager-Menu-Options-300x154.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 563px) 100vw, 563px" title="How to use Task Manager on Windows 28"/></p>
<p>Finally in <strong>View</strong>you can force refresh with <strong>Refresh now</strong> and choose refresh frequency with <strong>Update speed</strong>. Turn off <strong>Group by type</strong> if you don&#8217;t want to tab <strong>Processes</strong> use the sections above. <strong>Expand all</strong> and <strong>Collapse all</strong> will change all process groups at once.</p>
