<p>In my opinion, if you use Raspberry Pi depending on your needs.  The Raspberry Pi version I find most affordable is the Raspberry Pi 4 version B with 4 GB of ram, which is affordable for you, but the hardware is enough to use for powerful tasks.  When choosing, you should choose SD memory card with high speed!</p>

In addition, Raspbian comes with LibreOffice &#8211; software similar to Microsoft Office and Chrominum so you can use it after installation.</p>

<p>Between renting Hosting for Minecraft Server or buying Raspberry Pi and hosting my own minecraft server, I will choose to buy Raspberry pi.  With the 4Gb ram version, you can host a server for 10 people to live together or play mid-sized mini games like bedwar or skywar without fear of lag.  Not to mention with hosting as Pi, you will have a godly speed when if you are near wifi, the highest is probably 30ms.</p>

<p>1 Smart home used to be the dream of many people but now, with raspberry pi, it has become simpler than ever.  All you need is a little knowledge of python, a Raspberry Pi and a few tools needed to do it, and you can create a smart home.</p>

<p>With Windows 11, you will need a TMP 2.0 chip, but with Pi, you do not need to and can still install and experience Window 11 like on your computer.  Since the chip running on the Pi is Arm, it will take you a bit of time to install it, but with a 4-core cpu and the version I&#8217;m using is 4GB of ram, it doesn&#8217;t make any difference to my computer.</p>

<h2 id="ftoc-adblock-la-gi" class="ftwp-heading">What is AdBlock?</h2>
<p>AdBlock is a software or Extension that allows them to remove or filter ads by changing the website structure and blocking traffic from advertising websites.  Currently, Chrome Extension has tons of Adblockers such as ADblock, Poper Blocker and Stands Fair AdBlocker.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-pi-hole-la-gi" class="ftwp-heading">What is Pi-Hole?</h2>
<p><a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpi-hole.net%2F" rel="noopener external nofollow" class="ext-link" onclick="this.target='_blank';">Pi-hole</a> is a tool that turns Linux into a DNS Server used to block ads that work on the entire home network.  You don&#8217;t need to install adblock or extensions in the Chrome store and you can whitlist some Adblocks.  Pi-holes are extremely useful even with devices that you cannot interfere with to block ads, like Smart TVs or Smart watches.</p>

<p>When you type the name of a website and press Enter, the computer will give that website to the Pi-Hole server via DNS.  Pi-Hole will start looking for that page to run in the browser and it will also start checking the ad pages that will run with the website to block.  And finally, no matter what website, Pi-Hole will remove ads.</p>

<p>According to official information from Chrome, all Extensions built on the Manifest V2 extension license management system will no longer appear on the Chrome Web Store as of January 17, 2022 and will be completely disabled on January 17, 2022. January 2023. This invisibly turned all Adblock Extensions disabled by 2022.</p>
<p><strong>At the same time, Pi-Hole also has some of the following benefits:</strong></p>

<h2 id="ftoc-huong-dan-cai-dat-pi-hole-chan-quang-cao" class="ftwp-heading">Instructions for installing Pi-Hole to block ads</h2>
<p>I will use Raspberry Pi 4 running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS operating system so that the software can be optimized!  Ubuntu users can follow this tutorial!</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-setup-tren-terminal" class="ftwp-heading">Setup on Terminal</h3>
<p><strong>Step 1</strong>: Grant Root permission to Terminal</p>
<p><code>Sudo su</code></p>
<p><strong>Step 2</strong>: Update apt-get library</p>
<p><code>apt-get update &amp;&amp; apt-get upgrade</code></p>
<p><strong>Step 3</strong>: install pi-hole using curl</p>
<p><code>curl -sSL https://install.pi-hole.net | sudo bash</code></p>
<p>It will ask DNS server, then you choose Google!</p>

This problem is time consuming and if you are not at home accessing the raspberry pi is almost impossible.  And so, DDNS was born and today I will guide DDNS on Raspberry Pi with Cloudflare API.</strong></p>

<p>Dynamic DNS, Dynamic Domain Name System or DDNS is a method of automatically updating name servers in the Domain Name System, usually in real time, with active DDNS configuration of hostnames, addresses, or other information. configure it.  DDNS was created to replace static IP addresses.  It helps users to access the system remotely without using the static IP address generated by the ISP (Internet Service Provider &#8211; Internet Service Provider).</p>

<p>Each domain name will have to point to a static IP (static IP), but the network addresses provided by the network operators in Vietnam and some other countries are usually dynamic IP (dynamic IP) and they will be changed accordingly. 1 certain period.  In case you want to point DNS to that IP, it is not possible.  That&#8217;s why DDNS is put into practice.</p>
<p>The way DDNS works is extremely simple.  DDNS creates a special program that runs on the user&#8217;s computer called a Dynamic DNS Client.  This program is responsible for monitoring and checking the change of IP address at the server (host).  When a change occurs, Dynamic DNS Client will notify the DNS system.  At the same time update new information to the previous database.  Even if the server frequently changes its IP address, the DNS system can still find and point the domain name address to the correct new IP address.</p>
<p>Usually DDNS is often used for webserver hosting services, home game server hosting, using IoT devices or installing security devices to protect your home through your wifi NAT port.  At that point, your devices will use the public IP to be able to access it, but as mentioned, this IP address is not a static IP address.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-yeu-cau-do-dung-de-thuc-hien" class="ftwp-heading">Requires supplies to perform</h2>

<li>1 Computer running Linux and capable of being maintained 24/7 and connected to your home network.  Recommended to use Raspberry Pi because its hardware is capable of running 24/24</li>
<li>1 domain name is not a Free domain (domain names ending in .tk, .ml, .ga, .cf, .gq)</li>
<li>1 account <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdash.cloudflare.com%2Flogin" rel="noopener external nofollow" class="ext-link" onclick="this.target='_blank';">CloudFlare</a></li>
</ul>
<h2 id="ftoc-huong-dan-lam-ddns-client-tren-raspberry-pi" class="ftwp-heading">Instructions for making DDNS client on Raspberry Pi</h2>
<h3 id="ftoc-set-up-co-ban" class="ftwp-heading">Basic set up</h3>
<p>After creating a CloudFlare account, please read the article <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link?url=https%3A%2F%2Fanonyviet.com%2Ftao-domain-mien-phi-1-nam-bang-freenom-moi-nhat%2F%23ftoc-tro-dns-freenom-ve-cloudflare" rel="noopener" class="local-link">Create a free domain for 1 year with the latest Freenom</a> and go to the DNS pointing section to point DNS to your home network!</p>
<p>I will use Raspberry Pi 4 4GB ram to run</p>
<p><strong>Step 1</strong>: After pointing the DNS, go to the terminal and write the following command:</p>
<p><code>git clone https://github.com/K0p1-Git/cloudflare-ddns-updater.git</code></p>
<p><strong>Step 2</strong>: Enter that directory with the command</p>
<p><code>cd cloudflare-ddns-updater</code></p>
<p><strong>Step 3</strong>: You rename the file by</p>
<p><code>mv cloudflare-template.sh cloudflare.sh</code></p>
<p>From this paragraph onwards, the file I will use under the file name I just set.  If you put it differently, remember to rename it in the command!</p>
<p><strong>Step 4</strong>: You guys Edit files <code>Cloudflare.sh</code></p>
<p><code>sudo nano Cloudflare.sh</code></p>

<p><strong>Step 6</strong>: Press the key combination <code>Ctrl + x</code> > <code>bấm y</code> > press<code> enter</code> to save the file again</p>

<h2 id="ftoc-ssh-la-gi" class="ftwp-heading">What is SSH?</h2>
<p>SSH stands for Secure Shell.  It allows you to remotely connect to a server or system from another device using encrypted communications.</p>
<p>The main benefit of SSH is data encryption.  With less secure remote login protocols, such as FTP, everything is sent in plain text.  A hacker could uncover those communications and record things like usernames and passwords.  Since SSH is encrypted, hackers won&#8217;t be able to do so anymore.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-cac-van-de-bao-mat-truoc-khi-bat-ssh" class="ftwp-heading">Security issues before enabling SSH</h2>
<p>Enabling SSH is easy, but you should also take care of a few issues.  First, make sure that your Raspberry Pi is secure.  By setting a password for the user account.</p>
<p>When you first set up your Raspberry Pi, you should change the user account password.  If you haven&#8217;t changed your password, you need to do it now.  Open terminal, then enter passwd command.</p>
<pre>passwd</pre>
<p>You will be prompted to enter your current password, then choose a new password.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-xem-dia-chi-ip-hoac-hostname-cua-raspberry-pi" class="ftwp-heading">View the IP address or hostname of the Raspberry Pi</h2>
<p>You will also need to know the hostname or IP address of the Pi.  Enter the following command in the terminal:</p>
<pre>hostname -i</pre>
<p>This command will provide the IP address for your Raspberry Pi.  That address will usually start with 192.168.  Record the address or hostname.</p>
<p>Next, we will enable SSH.</p>
<h3 id="ftoc-cach-1-bat-ssh-qua-gui" class="ftwp-heading">Method 1: Enable SSH via GUI</h3>
<p>One way to enable SSH is through the Raspberry Pi graphical interface.  Just click the Raspberry icon in the top left corner of the screen, then click “Preferences” and select “Raspberry Pi Configuration”.</p>

<p>In this app, click on the “Interfaces” tab and look for “SSH”.  Click “Enable”, then click “OK” to close the application.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-cach-2-bat-ssh-tu-terminal" class="ftwp-heading">Method 2: Enable SSH from Terminal</h2>
<p>Another method to enable SSH is from the terminal.  Enter this command to enable the configuration tool for your Raspberry Pi:</p>
<pre>sudo raspi-config</pre>
<p>Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to select “Interfacing Options”, then press the Enter key.</p>

<p>Select “P2 SSH” and press Enter.</p>

<p>When asked, “Would you like the SSH server enabled”, select “Yes”.  Press Enter again at the confirmation box, “The SSH server is enabled”, select “Finish”.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-tat-dang-nhap-ssh-root" class="ftwp-heading">Disable SSH Root login</h2>
<p>After you&#8217;ve enabled SSH, there&#8217;s another optional thing you should do.  Letting the root user SSH into your Raspberry Pi is a security risk, so I recommend disabling root login via SSH.  Remember that you can always issue administrative commands from your regular user with sudo.</p>
<p>In your Terminal window, enter this command:</p>
<pre>nano /etc/ssh/sshd_config</pre>
<p>Now look for this line:</p>
<pre>#PermitRootLogin prohibit-password</pre>
<p>Edit this line to:</p>
<pre>PermitRootLogin no</pre>
<p>Save and close the file by pressing Ctrl + X, then Y. Now you should restart the SSH server with this command:</p>
<pre>/etc/init.d/sshd restart</pre>
<p>There are other steps you can take to <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fhuongdan.azdigi.com%2Fcac-cach-tang-cuong-bao-mat-cho-ssh%2F" rel="noopener external nofollow" class="ext-link" onclick="this.target='_blank';">SSH server security</a> more, so make sure your Raspberry Pi can take the risk.</p>
<h2 id="ftoc-dang-nhap-vao-raspberry-pi-cua-ban-tu-mot-may-tinh-khac" class="ftwp-heading">Login to your Raspberry Pi from another computer</h2>
<p>Once those steps are complete, you&#8217;re ready to log into your Raspberry Pi from any computer on the local network.  With the IP address or hostname you wrote down earlier, you can ssh into your Pi with the following command</p>
<pre>ssh pi@[address]</pre>
<p>For example, if your Raspberry Pi&#8217;s address is 192.168.0.200, the command would be:</p>
<pre>ssh pi@192.168.0.200</pre>
<p>The first time you access your Pi, you will be asked to accept the encryption key.  Just press Y, you&#8217;ll connect and be prompted for your password.  Once done, you will be logged into the Raspberry Pi and can perform any task you need.</p>
<p>In addition to giving remote commands, you can also use SSH for other purposes, such as tunneling traffic, transferring files, connecting remote file systems, etc. In addition, you can also block ads with Raspberry Pi <a target="_blank" href="https://en.anonyviet.com/next-link?url=https%3A%2F%2Fanonyviet.com%2Fhuong-dan-chan-quang-cao-bang-pi-hole-tren-raspberry-pi%2F" rel="noopener" class="local-link">here</a>.</p>

<p>Raspbian is usually pre-installed in stores with Raspberry Pi devices and is compatible with all versions of computers.</p>

Arch Linux is a Linux version for people who have an in-depth understanding of the system, if you are new to Linux you may have difficulty using it.  However, once you have a good understanding of Raspbian, Arch Linux will be a good choice.</p>
<p>Versions of Arch Linux ARM support all Raspberry Pi B boards (early, Pi 2, 3 and 4).</p>

Its purpose is as an operating system for the development of the Internet of Things.  For best results, you&#8217;ll need to remotely connect to your Windows 10 IoT Core device from another PC.</p>
<p>From here, you can deploy software from Visual Studio to it.  The Raspberry Pi in Windows 10 IoT Core will also run Python applications.</p>
