Earlier I wrote an article about operating system installation Phoenix os ROC but the ROC since February the dev side doesn’t seem to update anymore, so now I will write an article to install the mod that is still supporting until I write this article, Phoenix Os Dark Matter.

Phoenix Os Dark Matter is a standalone Android operating system for use on computers. This is the optimal operating system for you to play Android games as well as install APK files without having to use virtual machines like NOX or Bluestack. Also because it is installed directly on the computer, it will make the most of hardware such as RAM and CPU to help you play games smoother.

Here are some new features that Phoenix Os Dark Matter has

First, go to this link to download:

Download Phoenix OS Dark Matter

(Backup)

The file weighs almost 1Gb. We will use the Dark Matter OS Exe Installer to install it, not like phoenix os roc is to install it manually.

Install Phoenix Os Dark Matter

Please open it after downloading. Note here that Phoenix Os Dark Matter recommends that you turn off all windows software when installing.

You click next and then go to the place to choose the Install type, then I will choose Ntfs because this is a guide to ntfs but still recommend you to use Ext4.

next And don’t uncheck anything.

And here, you will have to choose the drive to install, here I will guide you to create the drive and the drive must have a capacity of at least 10gb to install Phoenix Os Dark Matter or you can install it on any drive that is not C drive but the capacity is over 10gb.

Here I will use MiniTool Partition to split the drive

Hive off

You go to the Mini tool and then right-click and click Create

• Partition Label: Drive name
• File System: is the type of drive here, I am instructing you to create it with NTFS
• Drive Letter: Drive letter
• Size Location: Is the capacity of the drive you can adjust with the arrow button.

Done, then you Apply and now your drive will be created and next we will have to divide more space for the drive to install Phoenix Os Dark Matter.

And check drive has been created

Split Hard Drive Space

Next comes the capacity division.

You choose Extend to get space from another drive or from free space.

Here I will take it from the drive EASY because it has a lot of space left.

• Take Free Space From: Choose where to get space
• pull button?: Used to increase or decrease the amount of space you want to choose (Here I divide 14 gb because the minimum is 13gb but install some 3gb files, so i will have 11gb left to use)
• Last 2 cells: Capacity after re-dividing the capacity

Then click OK and then go out and click Apply

So it has been successfully divided

Install Phoenix Os Dark Matter NTFS Format

Clicking this step it will force you to choose the size for the data file here, I will choose 8gb because I make the drive with 14gb. And after creating it, I will also guide you to create a custom size file.

Then click on the capacity you want to create, it will appear on the board and wait for 1 hour

Here it will show you the last time to see if the drive is correct

It will show this and just click OK it will show the table below.

The picture above shows it being installed

So we have installed Phoenix OS Dark Matter next we will proceed with Setup

Setup Phoenix Os Dark Matter

You reset your device to enter phoenix os Dark Matter

You choose the second one to enter by pressing the key on the Hotkey or using the up and down arrows and then enter to enter

Choose the first one

Loading

After loading, it turns out that this is click Next

This step forces you to enter Wifi, yes or no

It asks you to enter your name

And when you’re done, you’ve entered Phoenix Os Dark Matter

Next, find yourself the GearLock app and click on

Then give me the number 1

Wait for it to finish loading like this, then turn it off and use it

Custom capacity

To create a data file with custom data, download this: Link

Open it up and choose the number 6 as Create Data.img

It will make you choose 1 out of 2

• 1: Create new data file with old data
• 2: Create new data file without old data

Choose the 5th to create new data and note that the unit is Byte, not MB or GB

To convert Gb to bytes you go to this web; Link

Here I want to convert 1gb to byte which is 1073741824 bytes, then I will enter that number of bytes into ATP

And Enter wait for a while it will complete and the file will be created in the Out folder and then you just need to copy over the Phoenix Os folder overwrite data.img or delete the new one in

Finish

So I have finished guiding you to install Phoenix Os Dark Matter with the drive format is NTFS and in the next post it will be EXT4

About Phoenix Os ROC

Phoenix OS is the operating system Android but installed on tablets, laptops and desktops. This is an “enhanced” version of Android with Windows features like the famous “Start Menu” and “Taskbar”. The goal is for users to feel more comfortable when switching from Windows to Android.

And I fight pubg medium setting 50-60fps. This is one thing that if playing on Windows even the lowest graphics mod can’t do it. And COD, my device 40-50fps if playing pvp still Battle Royal then 20-30 fps. When the beta version was smooth, I don’t understand why it’s so laggy when it comes to VN.

You choose the version suitable for your device, 32bit use 1.6.1, 64bit use 3.6.1

Download Exe if you use windows and ISO for MAC

2: Phoenix Os ROC

And why download this? Because this is the official phoenix os mod and this mod will optimize performance and productivity when playing games.

This is the Phoenix os mod team, they will regularly update new mods, so please come here to install.

And here Phoenix OS ROC – Instinct IV It’s the latest version at the time of writing so I’ll choose it

As in the picture you will see there are 2 types, COD Special Edition and PUBG Special Edition and these are 2 different versions so you can play COD and PUBG to combine playing 2, wait for the next version ^^ Then next you can download whatever you want

SETTING

Split Drive

First: If your computer only has 1 drive, please divide the drive, you guys Mini tools to split the hard drive

Here I separate the drive E is 19gb, you don’t need to divide by yourself, you can install it here EASY or split, but not installed in the drive containing win. And 19gb here, 16gb here is data, and the remaining 3gb is the file of Phoenix OS.

You can split the data into as many as you want, as long as you don’t > 4gb it’s ok.

Set Installer

Next open the Phoenix Os Installer.

Press install

Here, you choose the drive, I choose E Is that the drive I created for Phoenix OS

Then press next it will install for you

After installing, it asks you to restart your computer, then press are not Please.

Decompress Phoenix Os ROC

Next, extract the Phoenix Os ROC and Mount it to disk or extract it. You can use UltraISO or Win7/10 both have built-in ISO Mount feature.

Delete Files In Phoenix Os . Drive

Then you go to the settings phoenix os offcical

Delete yourself 5 files as shown below:

Copy File Again

Then go back to the phoenix os that we mounted & unzipped

Then copy the deleted ones and paste them into the phoenix os official folder

Note: If your drive is NTFS, use data.img, EXT4 then delete data to create a new folder data

Change Boot

Then next we have to change the boot so that it receives the ROC

You guys come in mini tools or similar partition management software.

Can you find something without a name for me or *: then right click > Hide Partition

Right click once again select Unhide

Then put letter for it (This is set the drive letter)

Then click Ok, Then Apply again

Then go in Explorer++ and remember Run As Admin Please

And you will see the Local Disk WOOD (G is my letter that I set above) and go there

Then you guys Don’t Follow EFI > Phoenix os

You will see 2 files initrd.img and kernel

Next, you delete those 2 and copy them from the phoenix os roc

Running Phoenix Os

Then Reset the device and go to phoenix os and set up as follows

When you open it for the first time, it will setup boot then it will automatically reset the device and then you go back in then wait for it to load like the picture below 10-30p if more than 30 minutes but not, then reset the device

Then come to this step and you are successful :”)

You choose English language

Next, choose wifi

Then enter your name.

Note to change Vietnamese language in Phoenix Os:

If you want Vietnamese like a phone, then come here settings > language & input > search Vietnamese then there will be 2 languages. English above Vietnamese below, you can hold down the mark with picture 3 / then drag it to the top.
