1. Select Cell A1

2. In the Home panel in the Styles Group section, click Formatting Condition.

3. Click Manage Rules

Then Conditional Formatting Rules Mangger appears

4. From the drop-down arrow list box change Current Selection to This Worksheet, to see all conditional formatting rules in the worksheet.
